To receive your reimbursement for a NSWFA Individual Competition entry fee, please follow these instructions:

1. Have a copy of the receipt as proof of payment.
2. Have the bank account details of where you want the reimbursement paid ready.
3. Send an email with a copy of the receipt and bank account details (clearly listing the following: your full name, roll class, full amount to be reimbursed) to the office staff in charge of organising this reimbursement.

Please use the following subject heading (for ease of organisation):
SBHS Fencing – Reimbursement for competition entry fee
The email should be addressed to both of these people and CC me as well:

St Aloysius and St Andrew’s Cathedral School coordinators are planning a series of Epee Individual competitions this term. They have invited all schools to participate.

As SBHS currently only runs Fencing as a Winter Sport, participation is entirely voluntary.

If you’d like to participate, please inform me via email ASAP. There is no cost to this event.

Please note: you must clear the relevant dates with your Summer Sport MIC (as this takes priority).
